Our Goal
BDM Equipment LLC is a veteran owned small business located just south of Elizabeth, CO. Unlike big-box rental companies, that focus on big-money contractors and business clients, BDM Equipment LLC focuses on making light agricultural and construction equipment accessible for the “little guy” at prices more affordable, and representative of light residential or “hobby farm” type usage. Additionally, we cater towards the small farmer with appropriate “farm use” equipment generally not available at these big-box rental outfits. Small landowners and homeowners often have a need for agricultural and light construction equipment, and to purchase it all becomes an extraordinarily expensive endeavor, which is difficult to justify considering much of the equipment may only be used a time or two per year. As owners of a small ranch, we completely understand this dilemma and have created BDM Equipment LLC to provide a solution for our local community.

The Torneys
We, Matt and Nicole Torney, are the proud owners of BDM Equipment LLC. We are blessed to own a small ranch here in Elizabeth, CO, and have spent years restoring, beautifying, and maintaining our “slice of heaven in the forest.” BDM Equipment LLC was created to help our neighbors successfully do the same with their small properties.
Matt is a retired USAF officer and pilot and now enjoys spending time on the family ranch with our donkeys. Over the past few years, we have rescued six donkeys and have provided the best home and sanctuary these animals could’ve ever hoped for. With differing levels of neglect in their past, they now get to live their most spoiled and loved life here on the ranch. They love to make new friends so be sure to say hello to them. Bruce, our oldest gelding and company namesake, is often found hanging out by the tractors or equipment and is known as the “tool guy” around the ranch.
